Deadlines and Delivery

After finalizing the order, it is not possible to request an advance, priority, or change the delivery method.
IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY to provide the address correctly and to be aware of the delivery availability of the Correios in their region. We are not responsible for orders that return due to incorrect or incomplete filling of the address or the need for the order to be picked up directly at the agency. In these cases, if the order returns to the store, the customer must bear the new shipping cost.

Receivement

Exchange and Return Policies
To exchange or return a product, the deadline is (7) SEVEN DAYS after receipt, PROVIDED THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT CUSTOMIZED. Order receipt incomplete, different product from purchased
In case of receipt of an incomplete order, a product different from the one purchased or a defective product, inform the occurrence within seven (7) calendar days after receiving it in one of our service channels to resolve the problem.
Defective Products
The client can exercise the right of return in case of DEFECT of the product, within a period of (30) days, provided that the product is in
its original packaging, with all items, and the defect presented must correspond to the description made by the Customer in the return request, which must be sent by e-mail at atelielulukinha.com.br or by message via watts app (11)25985066. The product must have no signs of misuse by the Customer.
Refund Policies
The refund of the amount paid will be made upon receipt of the returned product.

Payment by bank slip
The return of the order/product value for purchases made through payment via bank payment slip will be made by bank deposit. The deadline for returning the goods is up to 10 working days from receipt of the goods.
Credit Card Payment
The return of the order/product value on purchases made through payment via credit card will be made through the total or partial reversal/cancellation of the transaction with the card company. Upon request, the credit will be identified by the card company in up to three subsequent invoices.
Coupon - Purchase Voucher
The customer can also choose to receive a coupon in the amount of the order / returned product to use in future purchases. The value will be included as a discount at checkout, by applying the coupon in the shopping cart.
The coupon will be for single use, and the purchase amount must be equal to or greater than the amount available.
